Lead Carpenter
LaBonte Construction, an established residential construction firm, is seeking an experienced, full-time, lead finish carpenter who understands high-end remodeling.
Our remodeling company specializes in kitchen remodeling, bathrooms, additions, and more. A balance between attention to detail, customer service, and efficiency is essential.
This is a career, and we take great pride in never having laid anyone off.
Job Requirements
- Must be able to read prints and shop drawings.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Must have knowledge of UDC and jobsite management.
- Must have a minimum of 10 years residential experience.
- Must be able to pass a drug test and have a clean driving record.
Our usual package includes company vehicle after probationary period, paid holidays, paid vacation, health insurance, company clothing, and phone data usage reimbursement.

Tile Setter
LaBonte Construction is an established residential construction firm specializing in kitchen, bathroom, and whole home remodels, home additions, and custom homes. Attention to detail, craftsmanship, customer service, and efficiency is essential to this job.
We are seeking an experienced tile setter to work on our high-end projects. Must have experience with modern waterproofing techniques and have worked with all types of tile, stone, and grout.
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to read prints and follow layouts.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Must have a minimum of 10 years residential tile setting experience.
- Must be able to pass a drug test and have a clean driving record.

Senior Project Manager
LaBonte Construction, an established luxury residential construction firm is seeking an experienced, full-time, senior project manager who understands both high-end remodeling and new construction.
You must understand framing, fine finish carpentry, tile, and more. A balance between attention to detail, customer service, and efficiency is essential.
This is a career, and we take great pride in never having laid anyone off because of lack of work.
Job Requirements
- Must be able to read prints and shop drawings.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Must have knowledge of UDC and job costing, and be computer literate.
- Must have 5 years’ experience; 10 preferred.
- Must be able to pass a drug test and drive a company vehicle.
