Project Scope: Condo remodel with custom built-ins.
Challenges: While in a beautiful area, this Milwaukee condo was logistically challenging since the home was in a warehouse-style building up on the fourth floor, making moving construction equipment difficult. In addition to the logistics issue, plumbing for the condo was located within a narrow crawlspace underneath the home, making installing new piping systems difficult for our team.
Unique Circumstances: Unlike a house, condos tend to have fewer points of access. Due to the layout of the condo, the custom built-ins we installed in the living room and bar area had to be built on-site instead of in our workshop.
Result: This beautifully remodeled condo stands as a testament to our dedication to modern elegance and urban living. Elle Cantrell did an amazing job designing this home, and the owner was thrilled with the final result!
