Challenges: The homeowners wanted to design their home’s new layout themselves instead of utilizing a professional designer, and the team at LaBonte Construction were able to help them in their endeavor. In addition to installing new custom-manufactured cabinets in the kitchen, they also wanted to remove the wall separating the dining room and the kitchen to create a more open concept area.

Unique Circumstances: This ranch home was most likely untouched since the ’50s or ’60s, so the team at LaBonte Construction had to take care when they started the remodeling process.

Result: This mid-century style is very simple and clean with rooms featuring clean lines and a simplistic, functional style. The family bought the house to be closer to their children, and were very happy with the results.
